AREAS AFFECTED : BIGHORN MOUNTAINS WEST; BIGHORN MOUNTAINS SOUTHEAST

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches 
north of Powder River Pass with local amounts up to 16 inches. 
South of Powder River Pass, 4 to 8 inches is expected. Winds 
gusting as high as 45 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Bighorn Mountains Southeast and Bighorn Mountains West. 
 
* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening. 
 
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, including over Powder River 
and Granite Passes.
