* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 10 and 15 degrees below zero 
expected for the Laurel Highlands. 
 
* WHERE...Somerset County. 
 
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Monday. 
 
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could 
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
