AREAS AFFECTED : BOSTON HARBOR; NARRAGANSETT BAY

* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and 
waves 1 to 3 feet expected. 
 
* WHERE...In Massachusetts coastal waters, Boston Harbor. In 
Rhode Island coastal waters, Narragansett Bay. 
 
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 3 PM EST Monday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
