* WHAT...Temperatures in the mid 30s will result in frost formation. 
 
* WHERE...Page, Shenandoah, Augusta, and Rockingham Counties. 
 
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
