* WHAT...For the (Hard) Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as 
low as 22 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind 
chills as low as 14 expected. For the (Hard) Freeze Watch, 
sub-freezing temperatures as low as 21 possible. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama and south central and 
southwest Georgia. 
 
* WHEN...For the (Hard) Freeze Warning, from 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ 
to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 
1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Monday. For the 
(Hard) Freeze Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday 
morning. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
plumbing.
