AREAS AFFECTED : WESTERN ARCTIC PLAINS; HOWARD PASS AND THE DELONG MOUNTAINS; CENTRAL ARCTIC PLAINS; CENTRAL BROOKS RANGE

* WHAT...Hot temperatures as high as 85 expected. 
 
* WHERE...Central Arctic Plains, Central Brooks Range, Howard Pass 
and the Delong Mountains, Northwest Arctic Coast, Western Arctic 
Coast, and Western Arctic Plains. 
 
* WHEN...Until 10 PM AKDT Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Individuals not accustomed to these unusually hot 
temperatures for this region may experience heat related illnesses.
