PM CDT/ this evening. 
 
* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. 
 
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent. 
 
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
