* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 11 to 15 above expected. 
 
* WHERE...In Georgia, Jenkins and Screven Counties. In South 
Carolina, Allendale, Charleston, Dorchester, Hampton, Inland 
Colleton, and Tidal Berkeley Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures could lead to hypothermia during 
prolonged exposure.
