* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt 
expected. 
 
* WHERE...Sabine Lake, Calcasieu Lake, Vermilion and West Cote 
Blanche Bays and Atchafalaya and East Cote Blanche Bays. 
 
* WHEN...From 6 AM Sunday to 6 AM CST Monday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
