and waves 1 to 2 feet expected on Lake Moultrie. 
 
* WHERE...Lake Moultrie. 
 
* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening. 
 
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will 
create hazardous conditions for small craft.
