* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts
up to 35 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold
wind chills as low as 17 to 20 expected. For the Freeze Watch,
sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 to 29 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana and
southeast Texas.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 6 AM to 6 PM CST Sunday. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Sunday to 10 AM CST Monday.
For the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions could
kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.
