* WHAT...Very cold wind chills from 6 to 10 degrees expected. 
 
* WHERE...Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, and Union Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 9 AM EST Monday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with 
prolonged exposure.
