* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 0 degrees expected. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest 
Alabama. 
 
* WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to 6 AM CST Monday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin 
is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to 
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
