* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 8
to 14 inches in the most persistent lake snows.
* WHERE...Northern Cayuga County. The greatest accumulations are
expected across the far northern end of the county north of Cato.
* WHEN...From 4 AM early this morning to 4 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be extremely difficult and hazardous with
deep snow cover on roads and near zero visibility within the
heaviest band of snow this morning through midday. Travel
conditions will improve this afternoon.
