* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6
inches in the most persistent lake snows, greatest over the far
northeast portion of the county. Much of the snow will fall in a
short period of time early this afternoon as a band of heavy lake
effect snow moves south off the lake.
* WHERE...Wayne County. Greatest accumulations expected over the far
northeast portion of the county.
* WHEN...From 4 AM early this morning to 4 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads and
poor visibility.
